  • Complete established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent GED.
  • 2 years of medical office experience or completion of an externship with Healthlink in lieu of 2 years of medical experience.
  • PREFERRED: Associate degree from an accredited school or college, Graduate of an Accredited Medical Assisting Program and/or a Certified Medical Assistant.
  • PREFERRED: 4 years medical office experience.
  • PREFERRED: Certified Medical Assistant.
  • REQUIRED COURSES/ COMPLETIONS: BLS-obtained through approved American Heart Association Training Center or the Military Training Network.
