Essential Duties:

  • Safeguard company assets and manage emergency situations efficiently.
  • Monitor and respond to calls at the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).
  • Assess and improve the performance of security staff.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and maintain security equipment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma with coursework in security or criminal justice.
  • Associate degree in criminal justice or business administration is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of security experience or equivalent training.
  • Basic understanding of security practices, military police, or law enforcement principles.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

  • Training in life-safety protocols, including first-aid and CPR.
  • Familiarity with criminal law relevant to private security operations.
  • Knowledge of effective patrol techniques and self-defense strategies.
  • Completion of police training or a private security academy is advantageous.
