Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be tasked with the assembly of various products, including but not limited to doors, boxes, covers, pads, frames, and vaults. This role requires proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, grinding equipment, and performing minor painting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and execute Production Work Orders (PWO), Assembly Pick Sheets, Engineering Drawings, and daily production schedules.
  • Identify and mitigate safety hazards within the assembly workspace.
  • Conduct routine Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and equipment checks on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Inspect materials, products, and equipment for quality assurance and defects.
  • Adapt to additional responsibilities as assigned, whether temporarily or permanently.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in manufacturing or construction is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Basic mathematical skills are necessary.
  • Ability to read and write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. periodically throughout the workday.
  • Familiarity with reading engineering drawings is essential.
  • Light welding experience is advantageous.
