About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Hand Therapy Specialist. As a key member of our outpatient clinic, you will work with a variety of orthopedic conditions, including pre and post-surgical, sports-related injuries, chronic pain, and lower-level neurologic problems.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert hand therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, and education.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on hand therapy techniques and self-management strategies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current WA state license as a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist.
  • Recent graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.
  • Students are encouraged to apply ahead of graduation.
