About the Role:

Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in our Work Rehabilitation program. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping injured workers return to work by providing comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with Physical Therapists to achieve return-to-work goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of injured workers to identify functional limitations and develop treatment plans to address these limitations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment programs to help workers return to work safely and effectively
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care
  • Perform Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) to assess a worker's ability to perform job tasks
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices in Work Rehabilitation

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an institution accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Occupational Therapy Education
  • Current Washington State Occupational Therapist License (or license applicant status)
