About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Healthcare Services Group (HCSG). As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in promoting the health and well-being of our clients through effective nutritional care.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Nutritional Needs Assessment

You will assess the nutritional needs of residents, taking into account their medical history, dietary restrictions, and personal preferences.

Dietary Planning

You will develop individualized meal plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident, ensuring they receive a balanced and nutritious diet.

Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge

You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as guidelines set by relevant authorities, to maintain high standards of care.

Nutrition Education and Counseling

You will provide education and counseling to residents, families, and staff on healthy eating habits, nutrition-related topics, and disease prevention.

Team Collaboration

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to promote the overall health and well-being of our clients.

Requirements

  1. Education

A Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field is required.

Certification and Licensure

You must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.

Skills and Experience

You should possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
