Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist in Little Chute, WI.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective deployment and ongoing use and maintenance of SAP QM integration at the plant site. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the effective deployment and ongoing use and maintenance of SAP at the site, especially in the QM area.
  • Leading the maintenance, collection, and quality of master data for the quality function and the analytical sector of the laboratory in SAP.
  • Collaborating in the resolution of master data, quality design configuration issues and quality functionalities in SAP.
  • Participating in maintaining food quality, safety, and security requirements.
  • Assisting in execution of validation activities, including creation of plans, coordination of validation work, and writing of summary reports.
  • Supporting the food safety and quality assurance functions to ensure that proposed and existing products and processes are reviewed to avoid or eliminate food safety and quality issues; developing recommendations for improvements that increase product uniformity, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicating effectively with employees, maintenance, quality, management, and other team members.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, microbiology, chemistry, or related Science Degree required.

· Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

· Minimum three (3) years of experience in a quality or laboratory manufacturing environment required.

· SAP experience strongly preferred.
