Senior QA Analyst
About the Role:
Menzies Philanthropic Foundation is seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Analyst to lead quality assurance efforts for our My Source Network platform. As a key member of our team, you will design and implement comprehensive testing strategies, mentor junior team members, and work closely with development and product teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital experiences that align with our mission of holistic healing and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans
Lead the creation and execution of complex test cases and scenarios
Perform and oversee various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing
Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
Mentor junior QA team members and provide technical guidance
Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and improve product quality
Identify and drive process improvements in the QA workflow
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging QA technologies
Contribute to the definition and monitoring of quality metrics and KPIs
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Python)
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience with performance testing and security testing is a plus
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Ability to work independently and lead small teams
ISTQB certification or equivalent is preferred
Experience working in a remote environment
Interest in holistic healing and wellness approaches is advantageous
