Flexographic Printing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Printing Specialist to join our team at Heartland Label Printers. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating flexographic printing machines to produce high-quality labels.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and examine printed products for print clarity, color accuracy, and conformance to specifications
- Reposition printing plates, adjust pressure rolls, and make other adjustments to improve print quality
- Set and adjust speed, ink flow, and positions and pressure tolerances of equipment
- Monitor feeding, printing, and racking processes of presses to maintain specified operating levels and detect malfunctions
- Clean and lubricate printing machines and components, using oil, solvents, brushes, rags, and hoses
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical Certification or Associates Degree in printing processes
- Previous flexographic printing experience
- Working knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
We offer a climate-controlled production environment, a supportive team, onsite gym, voluntary OT, and a history of no layoffs. Our shifts are Monday - Thursday 5:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday 3:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m., Friday - Sunday 3:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., and Friday - Sunday 3:00 p.m. - 3:00 a.m. Pay is based on experience, and we offer shift differentials for our 2nd, 3rd, and 4th shifts.
