FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Accountable for meeting financial targets for service and retail revenue across various locations.
Ensure that operational costs align with product and supply budgets as well as service pricing.
Process employee payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes for all spa personnel.
Ensure compliance with standards outlined in the employee handbook.
Recognize and promote high-performing service staff.
Address employee disciplinary actions as necessary.
COACHING & TEAM DEVELOPMENT
Conduct monthly team meetings to align objectives.
Provide ongoing support and coaching to spa service staff.
Facilitate one-on-one development sessions with each service provider on a monthly basis.
Conduct annual performance evaluations for all spa team members.
Assist the Assistant General Manager in training Front Desk Associates on spa software and services.
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT
Deliver skincare or bodywork services to both members and guests.
Engage in daily outreach to recent spa clients.
Maintain consistent follow-up with top clients to encourage future bookings.
Interact with new club members to inform them about spa services.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
Oversee operations across multiple units.
Provide spa services at designated locations.
Ensure monthly inventory of spa retail and supplies is conducted.
Develop monthly action plans to drive success.
Guarantee adequate shift coverage at all times.
Uphold brand standards within the spa environment.
Participate in club events and meetings to foster collaboration with other departments.
Stay informed about licensing requirements and local regulations regarding massage therapy and esthetics.
Engage in all club services, programs, and product offerings.
