Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (Behavioral Health Technician)

Soar Autism Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. As a key member of our interdisciplinary clinic, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy to children aged 2-6, adhering to the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, fostering a supportive and developmentally-appropriate learning environment
  • Engage in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification
  • Collaborate with families to update them on their child's progress within the ABA framework

Qualifications:

  • Strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a degree program, with a bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
  • Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification, with Soar providing paid training
  • Previous experience working with children and a genuine enjoyment of working with children
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
