Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Scholastic Education Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with schools and communities to extend literacy.

Scholastic Education Solutions is a leading provider of core literacy curriculum and professional services. Our mission is to provide young people with access to comprehensive literacy solutions that is relevant and engaging, while supporting content area learning and information literacy that insures the highest levels of student achievement.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve assigned sales goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in schools and communities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in educational sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and relationship-building
  • Strong knowledge of academic curriculum and literacy programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
