Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients with behavioral health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients for behavioral health history and document signs, symptoms, and treatment recommendations.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, as needed.
  • Coordinate care with referral sources and other providers, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document assessments, evaluations, therapy notes, and contacts accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements
  • ND Licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, (LPCC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker, (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT).
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to react quickly and calmly in volatile situations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate thoroughly and accurately in a professional manner.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office products.
