About the Role

The Child Developmental Behavior Specialist is a critical member of our team, responsible for delivering high-quality ABA therapy sessions to children with autism. This role requires a strong passion for helping children reach their full potential and a commitment to staying current with best practices in ABA therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6 in our clinic
  • Implement intervention plans developed by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles
  • Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress
  • Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification
