About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Early Intervention Specialist to join our Infant and Early Childhood Team at Touchstone Health Services. This is a unique opportunity for professionals passionate about providing high-quality care and support to young children and their families.

Job Summary

The Early Intervention Specialist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive screenings, developing individualized service plans, and coordinating with families, natural supports, and community-based services to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits and engage with families to identify strengths and needs
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans in collaboration with the Child and Family Team
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, stakeholders, and team members
  • Document all interactions and progress in electronic medical records
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma and at least four years of experience in behavioral health services
  • Meet Agency requirements for Behavioral Health Technician
  • A valid AZ Driver's License and AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card or eligibility
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
