We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering ABA therapy in a 1:1 setting, communicating effectively with families, and maintaining accurate records of client progress.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1 setting, utilizing evidence-based interventions to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
  • Communicate professionally with families, providing regular updates on client progress and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, including data collection and analysis.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans, adapting strategies as needed to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Travel to client homes/community settings, as required, to deliver services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities, staying up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
Compensation and Benefits
