Job Summary">

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Lancaster Rehabilitation Hospital. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission of delivering comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care to patients, including morning care, meal preparation, and assistance with daily activities.
  • Assist licensed nursing staff with treatment procedures and report any changes observed in patient condition or behavior.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times.

Requirements

To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, you must have:

  • A completion of course for nursing assistants
  • Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant
  • CPR/BCLS Certification
  • Minimum six months experience in an acute or long-term facility preferred
