Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with sales teams to identify client requirements.
- Manages the daily operations of the department.
- Executes phlebotomy tasks and responsibilities as necessary.
- Conducts investigations and root cause analyses to foster continuous improvement.
- Develops and reviews departmental standard operating procedures and policies.
- Facilitates the setup of phlebotomists in new client facilities and patient service centers.
- Acts as a reference and escalation point for staff when required.
- Monitors progress towards annual objectives.
- Compiles and presents monthly performance metrics, including detailed corrective actions.
