Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Assistant Project Manager to support the growth and establishment of our Environmental Practice in Johnson City. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of projects for real estate, mining, power sector, manufacturing, industrial, and public sector clients; managing and developing current clients, and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute environmental projects under federal/state programs and industry standards;
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets;
  • Lead and mentor junior staff to ensure successful project delivery;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Manage and execute brownfield redevelopment/remediation projects;
  • Manage and execute underground storage tank removal, assessment, and remediation projects;
  • Manage and execute subsurface investigations, as well as developing investigation and remediation work plans, corrective action plans and final reports;
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations for air, water, and wastewater;
  • Manage and execute electronic data management and tabulation;
  • Develop and implement human health risk assessments;
  • Develop and implement environmental permitting/compliance and regulatory reporting programs.
