High Volume Used Car Sales Manager

Kocourek Automotive is seeking a highly motivated and experienced High Volume Used Car Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction and motivation to sales staff to achieve high sales volume.
  • Hire, coach, train, and set sales goals for employees.
  • Develop annual sales budgets and monitor inventory.
  • Cultivate good guest relations and market, advertise, and promote new and used car inventory.
  • Maintain CSI scores above the region and keep work environment upbeat and positive.
  • Follow up with customers within 24 hours and maintain appearance and cleanliness of showroom, office areas, and guest area.
  • Update forecasts and track all sales activity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience as a Used Car Manager.
  • Valid driver's license and pre-employment drug screen.

Job Type: Full-Time, 40-45 hours, nights and Saturdays required.

Dress Code: Kocourek pressed shirts, dress pants, and dress shoes.
