At The Reservoir Center for Health & Rehabilitation, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
  • Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
  • Oversee and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care
