Home Instead Senior Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to seniors in our community. As a key member of our team, you will work under the supervision of our Director of Nursing to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing patient needs and creating personalized care plans
- Supervising and training Certified Home Health Aides to ensure high-quality care
- Conducting home safety reviews and fall risk assessments
- Providing clinical oversight of our in-home health care services
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or relevant experience in home care
Understanding of New Jersey state regulations and industry best practices
New Jersey Board of Nursing licensure and experience in community health nursing
