**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Community Association Manager** to join our team at KW Property Management and Consulting. As a **General Manager/CAM for Luxury Properties**, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our luxury properties, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our properties are maintained to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the staff on-site, including the Property Manager, to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial statements, and other financial reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that all maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records and files, including property files, financial records, and other relevant documents.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that all needs are met and that all parties are informed and up-to-date.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that all aspects of property management are handled in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure that they are being maintained to the highest standards.
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise, and implement solutions to prevent future problems.

**Requirements**

  • Five (5) years of experience as a Community Property Manager managing the community operations, such as staff and service contracts.
  • High School diploma required, college degree preferred.
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, regulations, or documents with a similar degree of complexity.
  • Must be proficient and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Must have a Florida CAM license.
  • Must have a valid FL Drivers license.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • MS Office *Advanced*.

**Work Environment**

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

**Physical Demands**

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee will need to walk the property on a daily basis which will include climbing stairs.

**Travel**

There will be some travel to attend training and/or meetings, locally.
