Human Resources Manager

Pinnacle Promotions is seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee critical HR functions, including performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance with employment laws.

This role plays a vital part in fostering a positive company culture and supporting employees' professional growth and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support managers with performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development initiatives to drive high performance across the organization.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans, as well as manage leave policies in compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures that align with the company's mission and values.
  • Manage HR systems, including Paylocity, JazzHR, and PurelyHR, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency in HR operations.
  • Stay updated on the latest HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in employment law, applying this knowledge to maintain compliance and advise leadership on necessary changes.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, recognition, and morale, ensuring alignment with Pinnacle Promotions' values and business goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
