About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Produce and Floral Department Manager to join our team at Fresco y Mas Retail Stores. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our produce and floral departments, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the produce and floral departments, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Supervise and train a team of associates to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction in the produce and floral departments.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, including ordering and receiving products, to ensure that the store is always stocked with fresh and high-quality products.
  • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, including those related to food safety and sanitation.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a produce or floral department.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of associates.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
