Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging soccer programs for children, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Provide individualized attention to ensure every child has a positive and successful experience.
- Use a non-competitive approach to create a stress-free environment that encourages children to learn and have fun.
- Implement positive reinforcement techniques to motivate children and celebrate their successes.
- Collaborate with other Coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and high-quality program.
- Previous experience working with children and soccer, preferably in a coaching or teaching capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including afternoons and weekends.
- Ability to attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
