Avera is Seeking a Contact Center Representative

Job Summary
The Contact Center Representative directs calls of clinical nature to the appropriate clinician in a timely manner and may be responsible for department-specific duties such as assisting callers with referrals, registrations, interpreter services, scheduling (e.g., transport requests), and/or other office duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- One year certificate from college or technical school and/or 3-6 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience in clinic, hospital, and/or customer service-related position preferred.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks
Compensation
The hourly range for this position is $17.00 - $21.25 per hour.
