Key Responsibilities
  • Process Daily Transactions: Monitor and process incoming and outgoing domestic and international wires, ACH transactions, and electronic funds transfers.
  • Research and Resolve Issues: Research and resolve issues related to customer ACH inquiries, deceased returns, and reclamations.
  • Reconcile Accounts: Daily reconcile of various ACH internal and general ledger accounts.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and customer information.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries with tact, diplomacy, and patience.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, with office administrative skills or certification.
  • Experience: Two years' experience in banking or financial services or other related experience.
  • Skills: Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, exceptional organization, time management, and follow-up skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively with customers, bank employees, and outside service providers.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, concentrate on tasks, and lift files of up to 15 lbs.
