Customer Service Representative: Morgan City, LA

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at American Cash Advance. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building exceptional customer relationships, marketing to gain new customers, and reviewing accounts for accuracy and needed updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Market and promote our services to gain new customers and increase revenue.
- Review accounts for accuracy and make updates as needed to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Fund loans, collect payments, and acquire new customers to drive business growth.
- Work closely with the team to enhance the customer experience and maintain a positive, supportive work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in the industry a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to negotiate payment terms and work with diverse personalities.
- Strong math skills, including the ability to count money and manage transactions.
- Ability to use computer programs required to process day-to-day transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and eligibility to work in the USA required.
