Department Overview

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes research protocols
  • Collaborates on the formulation of structural intervention research strategies, study designs, statistical analysis plans, and evaluation frameworks for projects
  • Collects, organizes, and interprets research data
  • Maintains a digital database of research findings and prepares data for presentations at academic conferences and for manuscript submissions
  • Conducts literature reviews relevant to the research
  • Composes manuscripts and white papers pertaining to project activities
  • Assists in drafting proposals and reports
Qualifications

Required:
Ph.D. from an accredited institution of higher education

Preferred:

  • Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant field
  • Proficient communication skills in both Spanish and English

Abilities:

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently

  • Proven ability to conduct independent and collaborative research
  • Familiarity with general analytical methods development

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
