About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team at Mendocino Farms. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of restaurant staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer relations
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
