About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Mediacom Communications Corporation. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver customized proposals and presentations
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activity, and analyze sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
