Pulmonary Rehabilitation Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Yale New Haven Health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory care and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient pulmonary status and develop effective treatment plans
- Provide a range of respiratory therapies, including oxygen therapy, ventilation, and aerosol therapy
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality
- Stay up-to-date with the latest respiratory care techniques and technologies
- Associate's degree in Respiratory Care and current licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the State of Connecticut
- Registration by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- At least two years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, with at least 12 months at Yale-New Haven Hospital or three years in a critical care environment
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care
- Experience in a rehabilitation setting
