  • Member Services
    • Greet members, prospective members, and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist with new member sign-ups, tours, and account updates.
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Answer phone calls in a friendly and upbeat manner, assisting callers with various questions and concerns.
    • Check in members into the system, process payments, and handle cash transactions.
    • Count and reconcile cash and credit card transactions.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with the fitness team to maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and exceptional member service.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
    • Customer service background preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Basic computer proficiency.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs.

Physical Functions
  • Must have reliable transportation to commute to the facility.
