Site Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of luxury custom homes from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and building codes.
- Site Supervision: Monitor project progress, identify and address any issues or delays, and implement proactive measures to ensure timely completion.
- Quality Control: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including critical milestones and deliverables, and implement quality control processes to ensure that all construction work meets or exceeds industry standards.
- Team Leadership: Select, coordinate, and manage subcontractors and suppliers involved in the construction process, and lead and motivate the on-site construction team.
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients during the construction phase, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- 5+ years of construction/supervisory experience
- Background in custom residential construction, preferably high-end renovations
- MA-CSL certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
