Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize marketing technology stack, including CRM systems and data governance
  • Lead the development of data-driven marketing campaigns and analytics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and integrations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and data governance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital analytics, buyer, automation, and/or marketing
  • Extensive experience with marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel
  • Deep understanding of CRM, including reporting and field management
  • Ability to think critically and make optimization decisions based on data
