Job Summary:

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is seeking a Per Diem PET/CT Technologist to join our Radiology team at the Breast & Imaging Center in Manhattan's Upper East Side.

Role Overview:

As a Per Diem PET/CT Technologist, you will perform all PET/CT, Nuclear Medicine, and diagnostic CT procedures with minimal supervision on adult and pediatric patients as directed by a Nuclear Medicine physician or Radiologist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform PET/CT, Nuclear Medicine, and diagnostic CT procedures with minimal supervision
  • Work with adult and pediatric patients
  • Collaborate with Nuclear Medicine physicians and Radiologists
  • Ensure accurate and efficient procedures

Requirements:

  • Diploma from a Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) and/or Radiological program ARRT(R) approved by JCERT
  • AART(N) or CNMT Certification
  • CT Certification required
  • NYS License required
  • Dual License (RT) in PET and CT required
  • Must have a radiography XR license or eligible
  • Graduate of approved radiography program
  • 3+ years experience preferred
  • Will consider outstanding recent graduates
  • Academic Hospital Setting Experience Preferred
  • GE PET/CT a plus

Additional Information:

  • Location: The Breast & Imaging Center
  • Schedule: Variable shifts 8am-8pm Monday – Sunday (as needed)
  • Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Regional Radiology
  • Pay Range: $60.00-$74.00/hr.
