Job Overview

Compunnel Inc. is seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of production standards in both manual operations and equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect components, materials, and final products during the production process.
  • Perform tasks according to batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Sample and evaluate products, recognize action levels, and notify supervisors if outside limits.
  • Document lot changes, line clearances, production processes, and cleaning operations.
  • Identify and handle non-conforming products.
  • Achieve labor standards for assigned tasks.
  • Provide feedback on production issues and ensure quality products are delivered to subsequent processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to solve problems and communicate effectively.
  • Participate in area improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Adhere to cGMP guidelines, SOPs, and company policies.
  • Perform minor mechanical adjustments, troubleshoot equipment, and clear jams.
  • Assist with material disposition, including working outdoors as needed.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, percentages).
  • Ability to perform minor mechanical adjustments and troubleshoot equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with cGMP guidelines and SOPs.
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
  • Must be able to pass the GMP test and obtain area certifications.
