As a Production Specialist, you will be responsible for handling the freshest quality ingredients, working under direct supervision, and applying basic and some advanced skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment appropriate to the area of specialization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mixing, shaping, baking, wrapping, and stocking of products
- Ensuring quality control of all product before sending to sales floor
- Maintaining sanitation in the department
- Maintaining organization of back storage, freezer, walk-in, and production area
- Reading and executing daily production list
- Calculating figures and amounts such as weights, discounts, percentages, and volumes
- Providing customer service as required
- Assisting in monitoring the quality of goods and monitoring shrink
- Ordering and receiving products and supplies
- Maintaining transfer records
- Preparing, wrapping, pricing, selling, and stocking products continuously
- Demonstrating expertise about food
- Coaching other Partners
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Ability to work overnight and flexible schedules
- Ability to inform customers about ingredients
- Values diversity
- 1 year experience in food preparation and experience required
