A successful Manager will be a leader who prioritizes Guest Service and satisfaction, displaying excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a Guest-centric culture, ensuring every Guest leaves happy and satisfied.
  • Respond to Guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the Management Team to recruit, train, and develop a dedicated team of FOH/BOH staff.
  • Assist in executing plans to enhance the Guest restaurant experience and increase loyalty.
  • Contribute to achieving targeted budgets, goals, and objectives.
  • Participate in community involvement programs and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure the profitability of restaurant operations by controlling costs and maintaining quality standards.
  • Manage team members' work safely and ensure accurate completion of daily paperwork.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Casual Dining, Upscale Casual Dining, or Fine Dining.
  • Strong leadership skills, enthusiasm, and a passion for Hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding leadership abilities with effective communication, training, and development of team members.
