Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Lead to join our team in supporting our Space Suit Design Team. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage complex projects, and possess strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting project objectives.
  2. Develop and implement effective project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  3. Liaise with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless project execution.
  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  6. Develop and maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reports.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the aerospace industry. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
