Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead our product enhancement and development team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, prototyping, testing, and producing new medical devices, focusing on flexible endoscopes and accessories.
You will drive product development from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery with global cross-functional teams. Your expertise in identifying opportunities for product improvements, cost reduction, and production yield enhancements will be invaluable in driving business growth.
You will develop and refine test protocols, conduct data analysis, and lead root cause investigations. - Experience in manufacturing transitions, process development, and prototype fabrication
