Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Encourage participation in community activities and hobbies
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Competitive pay: $13.00 per hour
- Full benefits package for employees working 32+ hours/week, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match
- Paid time off and holiday pay

- No high school diploma required
- No experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driver's license preferred but not required
