Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Flight Ops Administrator. This role is responsible for coordinating and facilitating transportation for pilots and cabin crewmembers, ensuring compliance with all Flight and Duty time regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and communicate schedules for pilots and other Flight Ops assigned field personnel
  • Monitor and track compliance with all Flight and Duty time regulations, adjusting schedules as necessary
  • Coordinate activities with Travel, HR, Overseas Processing, and Flight Ops Training departments
  • Clerical tasks assigned by Director of Flight Ops, Chief Pilot, or Asst. Chief Pilot
  • Keep Chief and Assistant Chiefs apprised of all pertinent information coming in from the field
  • Verify pilot qualifications are current before Scheduling, monitoring for expiration during Assignment
  • Process Pilot applications for customers, annually and as necessary for new projects
  • Maintain currency of CHI Operations Exemptions and Authorizations, such as NAFTA and CH-47D Exemptions
  • Accountability for Aviation Life Support Equipment, such as Life Vests, Flight Suits, and hoist equipment
  • Assist with coordination of overseas Ferry Flights, coordinating with 3rd Party Agencies
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years' experience required in a challenging office/administrative environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present ideas, concepts, and proposals with a wide range of audiences
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Above average proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; ability to learn customized computer programs
  • Conduct oneself in accordance with Company's Core Values
  • Must meet International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) as a U.S. Person
