Job Summary

At TWGW, Inc. / Wilson's NAPA Auto Parts, we are seeking a reliable and experienced Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely shipment and receipt of products and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders
  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders
  • Load and unload trucks using a forklift or hand truck
  • Drive a box truck to deliver products to customers or other company locations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Experience operating a forklift and hand truck
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
  • Experience driving a box truck
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems
