Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director who can help drive our growth in cloud data centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing our customer relationships, expanding our portfolio, and thriving in a challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of sales professionals and drive performance and services excellence expectations.
  2. Design, implement, and drive a robust and creative sales business plan that meets/exceeds new business targets and customer retention objectives.
  3. Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for expanding their base/business.
  4. Analyze performance on an ongoing basis to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure accountabilities are being met.
  5. Establish goals for team members and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all sales activities, forecast opportunities, and available pipeline.
  6. Ensure excellent support to customers in fulfillment, including forecast, inventory control, allocations, ETA, and backlog management.
  7. Successfully manage relationships with customers, visiting them to identify opportunities and improve sales and marketing strategies in selling our products.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in Business or Management related is a plus.
  2. Minimum 15 years of sales experience in computer, server, or hardware industry is preferred.
  3. Experience working with C-level executives in large fortune companies.
  4. Deep knowledge in server, storage, and management solutions, knowledge in cloud data centers and enterprise IT environment.
  5. Great leadership and strong ability of working with and managing people from different groups.
  6. Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures, and geographies.
  7. Great analytic skills in market and industry research.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $215,000 - $235,000, depending on several factors such as location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
