About the Role:

The Nurse Case Manager Specialist will work closely with patients enrolled in our Medication Therapy Program. Key responsibilities include counseling and educating patients on specialty drug therapies, ensuring adherence to contracted regulations, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in nursing and 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Active RN license in NC/TX
  • Critical skills: 5+ years of nursing experience, ability to obtain licenses in all states, computer skills, effective communication, and ability to read/analyze professional journals
