Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager for Financial Reporting to join our team at McCulloh Consulting. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all statutory financial reporting for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee all statutory financial reporting for the organization
  • Establish, maintain, and enforce policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, in line with applicable accounting standards (GAAP, Regulatory)
  • Ensure strong internal controls are in place and maintained across all reporting processes
  • Collaborate with internal and external business partners to ensure seamless financial operations
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 5+ years of accounting experience with a focus on financial reporting
  • Lead or supervisory/management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA certification
  • Experience in healthcare insurance
  • Statutory reporting experience
  • Expertise in process improvement
