About the Role

Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Culinary Supervisor to join our team. As a Culinary Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen food service and working with a talented team of culinary professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the kitchen food service and oversee the activities of our culinary staff.
  • Ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest quality standards and manage inventory and food costs.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and train and mentor our culinary staff.
  • Have a basic knowledge of cooking techniques in both a la carte and banquet settings and be able to carry out tasks in both planned and troubleshooting scenarios.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a supervisory position.
  • Fluent in English (read, write, and speak).
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
