About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Repair Professional to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and develop effective solutions
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless operation of manufacturing processes
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
